Individual Sessions - The first time I meet privately with a client, it usually lasts about 90 minutes, which includes discussion before and after the hypnosis session. Subsequent sessions, if any, typically last about 45 - 60 minutes. Please note that Smoking Cessation is the only specific appointment that I require multiple sessions with a client, due to the fact that multiple sessions equate to a much higher success rate.
Group Sessions (2-4 people) - If a small group of clients want to see me for the same or reasonably similar purposes, I can facilitate a group session at a lower rate than an individual session.
Seminars - I offer these periodically for larger groups, and in a condensed format (usually 2-4 hours).

Recordings - I offer prerecorded hypnosis sessions on a variety of topics, and I can also personalize a recording specifically for you, based on what you want.
Speaking Engagements - I have spoken to businesses, employee workshops, families suffering torn relationships, charities, athletic teams, and various other groups, with and without hypnotic demonstrations.
Course Information
With all of my courses, the first class is absolutely free, with no obligation to continue. I want you to be comfortable with me, the class format, and my teaching style. I keep my class sizes small - usually no more than 8 people - and one of the things I enjoy most about teaching courses is the collective personality that each group takes on. There is nearly always a camraderie that develops in the classes, and that results in a setting filled with positive energy. I am currently offering the following courses:
Weight Loss With Hypnosis Course
Most people who struggle with weight issues have, or have had at some point, this thought: "I would feel better about myself if I could lose _____ pounds." My course takes a slightly different approach to the challenge of weight loss; I want you to start feeling better about yourself now, and when you do, the weight will come off. This may sound simplistic, and I am in no way trying to diminish what I know can be a lifelong struggle - losing weight. But my experience has shown me that, typically, people who struggle with weight issues are very hard on themselves with criticism and often, self-loathing. By using the power of your own subconscious mind, you can remember that the sum of you is greater than the parts you think you are. We are not defined by our bodies, but because of societal pressure, lifelong conditioning, and mainstream media which would have us believe that unless we are thin, rich, and have full, shiny hair, we are failures, it's hard for us not to define ourselves by how we look. This course is designed for seven weeks, each class is two hours in length, and you'll receive a lot of information, weekly hypnotic experiences, and assignments. Self-Discovery Through Hypnosis Course
This course is all about you. Through self-hypnosis and introspection, you can learn not only who you are, but why you are who you are! When you learn how your subconscious mind works, you'll have a much greater understanding of why your life is as it is (and that holds true if your life is wonderful, tragic, or somewhere in between). Can you identify patterns that have been repeated throughout your life (especially the negative ones)? Many people can, and negative patterns aren't by coincidence. Simply stated, your mind dictates your life, and always has. Challenges (and a lot of frustration!) can occur when you aren't aware of what beliefs reside in your deepest emotional mind. Once you change your mind - literally - your life will also change; this is an absolute inevitability.
